How do I order?

The best way to order is to complete the contact form (form — Brynn Carter Designs), and I will usually reply within 24 hours.  We will begin a dialogue about the piece you’ve selected and answer any questions you may have.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most of our orders are made-to-order and are completed within 2 weeks of the order date.  It is often sooner than that, but we will give you an estimated date when you place your order.

What other designs are available?

We have so many more designs than are on this website! Please visit our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/BrynnCarterDesigns) to see more designs. On our Facebook page, you can also find more pictures of any of the favorites you find here on this website. Of course, you can always use the contact form (form — Brynn Carter Designs), and I will answer your questions quickly. 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Venmo, and cash.

Do you ship?

Currently, we do not ship.  We love taking care of our local customers so you will need to reside close enough to Collierville, Tennessee (suburb of Memphis) to be able to pickup your purchase once it’s completed.

Do you accept returns?

No, we do not but please let us know about any issues and we will work hard to find a solution!
