How do I order?

We have 2 SHOW NOW pages on our homepage. These are current designs which we can make to order within a few days. Any other product pages, such as door baskets, may be available also - just ask! The SHOP NOW pages have “buy now” buttons to add to cart.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most of our orders are made-to-order and are completed within 2 weeks of the order date.  It is often sooner than that, but we will give you an estimated date when you place your order.

What other designs are available?

We have so many more designs than are on this website! Please visit our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/BrynnCarterDesigns) to see more designs. On our Facebook page, you can also find more pictures of any of the favorites you find here on this website. Of course, you can always use the contact form (form — Brynn Carter Designs), and I will answer your questions quickly. 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Square, Stripe, Venmo, and cash (for local pickup).

Do you ship?

Yes! We use PirateShip to offer fast shipping to most of the US. We still love taking care of our local customers who reside close enough to Collierville, Tennessee (suburb of Memphis) to be able to pickup your purchase once it’s completed. Sometimes, we are able to deliver to our local clientele.

Do you accept returns?

No, we do not but please let us know about any issues and we will work hard to find a solution!
